CONSTRUCTION

Molded Fiberglass. Self-bailing cockpit measures 7x12. Cabin roof is fiberglass and deck trim and cockpit are both fiberglass finished with Easypoxy. Steering is Teleflex push/pull. BAKER'S ISLAND's hull is white, boottop and bottom are red, and her deck is gray and white. The vessel has been carefully maintained and is reportedly in excellent condition.

ENGINE

Yamaha 150hp. Bought new in  2009, 4 cylinder, gas, raw water cooled. Yamaha single lever engine controls. Two fuel gauges, Yamaha engine hour meter with approximately 82 hours. 3 blade stainless steel propeller. Cruising speed 20 knots, maximum cruising speed 30 knots. 325 nm range, 3.5 gallons per hour.

TANKS

Two fuel tanks - one aluminum which holds 40 gallons, the other holds 19 gallons and is made of polyethylene.

ELECTICAL

Lighting and starting voltage both 12V. 30 amp engine alternator. One 12V battery. Circuit breakers. Voltmeter battery condition indicator.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Sleeps 2-3 in one vee berth. One porta-potty. Joinerwork and trim are teak, cabin sole is fiberglass with Easypoxy finish. Two Tempress helmsman's seats. Baker's Island is ventilated by way of one hatch, two opening ports, two ventilators and three screens.

 

GROUND TACKLE

Danforth 24" anchor with 10 feet of 1/4" chain and 175 feet of 5/8" nylon rode.

 

EQUIPMENT

BAKER'S ISLAND is equipped with a Par bilge blower, a Rule Auto 500 GPH electric bilge pump and a manual bilge pump, two 10-BC fire extinguishers, a manual air horn, Orion flares, eight Type 1 and one Type 3 life preservers, one 12V hand-held searchlight, four docking lines, one boathook, two fenders. There are also canvas drop curtains and three gray berth cushions from Bar Harbor Interiors. Also included in the sale of BAKER'S ISLAND is a galvanized tandem axle trailer. 

ELECTRONICS AND NAVIGATION

Ritchie Power Damp 4", Standard Horizon HX 270S VHF, Raymarine 680/2KW radar. Autopilot is a Smart Heading system. Raymarine RS125 GPS, AH ST50 Digital depth sounder. Also, BAKER'S ISLAND has a Poly-Planar MRD60 AM/FM radio cassette player.
